At MARIA TASH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury jewelry; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original, tamper-evident packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the vacuum seal has been broken.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place your jewelry in its original MARIA TASH box and ensure the tamper-evident seal is intact before securing it in a shipping mailer.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our specialists inspect the item.
